Personal Statement – Mufu Durowoju
As a member of the Royal Children’s Foundation (RCF) Board of Trustee, I am keen to offer my extensive experience as a trustee in a number of organisations including serving as President of London Mutual Credit Union, which is one of the most prominent credit unions in the United.
As a minister of God and a member of Gideon Christian Ministries Board of Trustee as a Chair, I am inspired by the inerrancy and integrity in the Word of God. These have enabled me to undertake my duties diligently by offering much needed experience as a trustee.

Professionally, I am an Engineer with experience in leadership skills to encourage, motivate, improve performance of staff. I also act as mentor/role model for others for others. I am drawn to serve of as a trustee in RCF because the mission, vision and objectives of the organization aligns with my understanding of …Loving thy neighbour as thyself…’. Through this knowledge and RCF principal objective, I believe that I am able to contribute to the much-needed support for the destitute, vulnerable children, the sick and those that lack basic education. As a trustee I will uphold the integrity of the office by dispensing my service in line with the national and organisational policy and processes, prudently.

Profile Summary – Ijeoma Marian Ubor is a versatile professional with a diverse educational background and a passion for care and creative expression. Ijeoma studied Business Management with a bias toward Human Resources Management at the Dublin Business School. This has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, organisational development, employee relations, talent management skills and social dynamics. Building on this foundation, Ijeoma pursued a Higher Diploma in Social Studies/Social Care at the Institute of Technology, Carlow, Ireland, where she honed her professional career as a Social Care worker. Ijeoma is currently pursuing her Master’s in Child Youth and Family studies.

Ijeoma is a certified social care worker. Here, she demonstrates her commitment to providing compassionate care and support to those in need. Her empathetic nature and dedication to improving the well-being of others are key aspects of her professional identity. As a social care worker, she is dedicated and conscientious, with years of professional experience working with vulnerable persons in society and providing support to promote community inclusion and participation.

Marian Ijeoma is also very creative, her passion for makeup artistry allows her to blend her creative talents with her professional skills. She enjoys helping others enhance their appearance, boosting their confidence, and expressing their unique personalities through makeup. This combination of expertise in Human Resources Management, caregiving, and makeup artistry makes Ijeoma a well-rounded professional with a unique perspective on the importance of both inner and outer well-being.
