The start of our Forstering work
Although Royal Children Foundation is famous for children’s home, we believed that children benefit the most from growing up in a supportive family setting, we plan to introduce the practice of boarding out an early form of fostering children to host families.

Between Jan 2024-til dated alone, we reached 5000 people, including
more than 2000 children, across over 1000 households.

We helped in so many ways, if a child or young person doesn’t have to worry about their next meal or accommodation, it means they can be happier and will be able to focus more on their future.
Every child deserves a safe and loving home.
There are thousands of children in Nigeria and Africa as a whole waiting to be placed with foster carers or adoptive families.
We aim to help as many of them as possible.
If a child can’t be looked after by their birth parents, they will be forstered or adopted where possible otherwise they continue to live in our available facility.
We are a not-for-profit fostering and adoption facility provider in Nigeria. We take on an additional responsibility to find, train and support carers and adoptive families so that they can transform children’s lives.

Whether you’re single or married, whatever your age, ethnicity, religion, culture, background or gender, a homeowner or renting, it doesn’t matter.
We use our friendly expert team to provide a tailored service, matching children with the right adoptive families. Thet also support our parents and are with them all every step of the way.
